Lakeville Area Community Education updated to a new registration system called FeePay. This system will keep your family’s registration and payment information in one convenient location. To sign up for a class with our new registration system, you will need to create an account profile in FeePay, if you haven’t already. To get started please visit FeePay. Select “Sign Up” in the top, right corner. Complete the “Register a New Account Form” and select “Create Account”. Once you submit your information, an email will be sent from FeePay to your email for you to verify your account. Once your account is verified, you are ready to add family members and register for classes. If you have questions, please call 952-232-2150 for assistance.

The Community Education Building is located at 8755 Upper 208th Street West (across from Ace Hardware in downtown Lakeville) and is generally open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. An after hours drop box is available. You may use one form to register multiple family members for programs. Additional forms are available one our website, if needed.
Simply download the registration form and mail the completed form with check made payable to “ISD 194” or credit card authorization, to: Lakeville Area Community Education, 8755 Upper 208th St. W, Lakeville, MN 55044.
Faxed registration forms are accepted with credit card authorization at 952-469-7396.

Confirmations are sent via email, if you have a valid email address on file in the FeePay system.
Fee assistance for many classes may be available for families qualifying for the Federal Free or Reduced Lunch Program. For information on Free and Reduced Lunch, contact Student Nutrition at 952-232-2061. Click here for the Fee Assistance Registration Form.
Early Childhood Family Education uses a sliding-fee scale for classes based upon annual family income. Please use the scale and information on the ECFE webpage when registering for ECFE classes. For Sibling Care – please fill out an additional line of the registration form with sibling information.

The status of most classes and events is determined several days before a class start date.
Transfers may be made without a service fee five or more business days prior to the class start date. Transfers two to four business days prior to the start will incur a $5 service fee. Transfers will not be made one day prior to class start date.
A full refund minus a $5 service fee will be made if the request to withdraw is received five or more business days before a class start date. If a request to withdraw is received two to four business days before a class start date, a $10 service fee will be deducted. Beginning one business day before a class start date, refunds for withdraws will not be made. Full refunds are made if a class or event is cancelled. Refunds are unavailable for Small Wonders classes and events unless the class or event is cancelled.
