Position Title: FLOATING STUDENT TELLER
Reports to: Branch Manager
Hours: 9 – 15 hours per week during school year including every Saturday; 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Monday – Friday and Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.)  Other days and hours will vary. 

Flexibility with scheduling and travel to Lakeville and Prior Lake locations a must.
Possibility of additional hours during the Summer months.

Essentials Duties:

PLAY it AGAIN SPORTS 

The BURNSVILLE store, located at 13941 Aldrich Ave S, has openings for year round Part & Full Time Sales Associates to help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Promote a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Assist store management in daily store operations, including the buying of used merchandise.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Greet customers immediately, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a
professional and enthusiastic manner.
2. Become familiar with products, brands and prices and make recommendations of
products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs. Maximize
sales and customer satisfaction by adding items to the close of the sale.
3. Buy used product, reinforcing the customers’ purchases and sales to the store. Invite
customer to return to the store to buy, sell, or trade and promote image of store
concept.
4. Price and ticket items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Restock
store following merchandising plan. Maintain store displays and follow store
housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedure.
5. Develop proficiency in operating computerized sales tracking system for all sales
transactions, buys, returns, etc.
6. Achieve personal and store sales goals by applying sound customer service and sales
protocol.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Prior retail experience preferred in similar product lines, but willing to train the right
candidate.
2. Proven customer service skills required.
3. Ability to work well as a team member and to take and follow directions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Sales and goal-driven.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
2. Lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
3. Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving,
pricing and stocking merchandise.
4. No exposure to hazardous materials or environments.
5. Able to operate a computerized sales terminal.

SONNET MONTESSORI & CHILD CARE

We are hiring a teacher’s aide. This position would require assisting a lead teacher with the care of children varying in ages from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Hours: 3:00 or 3:30 pm to 5:30 or 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with possibility of gaining more hours during the summer and during school breaks

SHERWIN WILLIAMS – Variety of openings…

In Home Color Consultant:
The Personal Color Consultant is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at multiple Sherwin-Williams paint stores by conducting in-home and on-site color consultations for retail and wholesale customers. The role will demonstrate superior knowledge of color science basics and terminology to determine customers’ needs and present appropriate colors, products and services. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through ongoing contact and generate new wholesale and retail customer referrals. The role will plan daily and monthly consultation activity and after each consultation, the position will outline next steps, complete all tracking and customer follow-up to ensure sales.The position will maintain working relationships with industry trade professionals and conduct decorative product and color seminar to customers as directed by Store Managers.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa
status.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.

Sales Associate:
This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing
wholesale and retail customers. It will assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. This involves ensuring that sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and tinting and mixing them to customer specifications. This position will also stock shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, and load and unload trucks. It may also assist in making deliveries if necessary.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
 Must be at least 18 years of age.
 Must have a valid driver’s license. 
 Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment

 Must be willing to work all scheduled hours and required overtime, which may include evenings and

It is responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner. This involves loading customer orders properly on the truck, ensuring that appropriate forms are completed, following designated routes and time schedules from a mobile device, and delivering merchandise to the customer in a safe and timely manner.  Delivery Drivers may also be called upon to perform other tasks as needed, including warehouse duties, tinting and mixing customer orders and waiting on customers in our paint stores.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have the authorization to work in this country without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license, and an acceptable driving record from the State Bureau
of Motor Vehicles.
• Must have a High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently. 
• Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must have good color perception.
• Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.

Sales Specialist Color:
This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams paint store by conducting in-store color consultations for wholesale and retail customers. The role will determine customers’ needs and present appropriate colors, products and services. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate new wholesale and retail customer referrals. This position maintains the wallcovering and window treatment libraries, lending procedures and displays. It also ensures that orders for these products are handled properly.  It is also responsible for tinting and mixing paint, pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and assisting with deliveries and warehouse duties as required.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa
status.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours and required overtime, which may include evenings and
weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

It will prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately, which involves tinting and mixing paint, preparing draw-downs for submittal to customers, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, and cleaning, filling and repairing equipment as necessary. This position may also assist with general warehouse, delivery and customer service duties as needed, including loading and unloading of material, and waiting on customers.

Mount Olivet Conference & Retreat Center

The center is an outreach ministry of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, located 40 minutes south of Minneapolis/St. Paul or just south of Lakeville, MN.   All candidates must have reliable transportation as no public transportation is available near the Conference & Retreat Center.  For the security of guests and staff, a background check is required.

Food Service/Housekeeping, part-time
Kitchen duties include assisting in preparing and serving meals, dish washing and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room. For extra hours we can give you hours in housekeeping as well.
