Lakeville Area Public Schools and Lakeville Area Community Education have many learning opportunities for life-long learners of all ages. Adult Enrichment Classes
Adult Enrichment programs and classes designed to enrich your life! Check out the classes in Fitness, Hobbies, Creative Arts, Business, Martial Arts and more. Try something new or take one of your favorites!

Adult Basic Education
Lakeville Area Schools Adult Basic Education (ABE) is a part of Lakeville Area Community Education. Adult Basic Education provides opportunities for learners who want to:
- Learn English or improve their English skills.
- Earn a GED or High School Diploma.
- Explore local career options and prepare for job entry or advancement.
- Increase technology skills.
- Prepare for post-secondary education.
Classes are for adults 17 and older who are not currently enrolled in high school.
Aquatics & Safety
Aquatics and Safety provides a wide range of swimming opportunities in the areas of instruction, recreation, fitness and certification. The Aquatics and Safety Program currently offers instructional, recreational and certification classes for infant through adult students.
Adults with Disabilities
Adults with Disabilities programs and classes are offered through River Valley Project Explore. Project Explore is a Community Education program designed to serve adults with physical and developmental cognitive disabilities by encouraging inclusion in community activities and providing customized learning, social and recreational opportunities.
