Construction Projects

Lakeville Area Schools has several construction projects that will benefit our students, staff and community. These projects are being built using 2019 bond referendum dollars and school board-approved lease levy dollars. Please find information on our many exciting projects below.

Two turf practice fields at Lakeville North High School and Lakeville South High School. Final locations to be determined based upon factors such as utilities, storm water drainage, and access.

All school buildings are receiving layered and integrated security system upgrades to minimize the impact of a threat. This includes:

  • Classroom lockdown buttons
  • Ballistic paneling and window film
  • Line-of-sight visibility and access control upgrades
  • Perimeter security and detection technology
  • Vaping detection at middle and high schools
