News

Spring sports and activities have been cancelled due to the extension of E-Learning for the remainder of the school year. See MSHSL Notice  Refunds will be issued for all spring sports, you will receive a refund back onto the account you used to register and pay on feepay.

AFTER SCHOOL SHUTTLE SYSTEM, this bus system is only for students involved in after school activities at one of the ISD 194 secondary schools.

Athletics

All middle school athletic programs are open to grades 6 – 8, some teams may have participation limits in place due to coach/player ratios. It is the philosophy of Lakeville Area Public Schools not to cut players at the middle school level, whenever possible.

How to Register:

  1. Sports Physical Form.Check the parent portal for valid physical date. Sports physicals are good for 3 years with a doctor’s signature. If there is not one listed on parent portal, please turn a paper copy into your child’s school before registration on FeePay. Lake Marion Chiropractic Center in Lakeville offers sport’s physical exams for $20. Information
  2. Log in and fill out the electronic form and pay the fee. (New registration system coming).

Club Information

Middle School Clubs may change each year, for that reason the new club book will be posted in October, once all club requests are complete by our staff. Some of the clubs are offered each year and some change depending on student and/or staff interests. Take a look at the Club book to see what is available.  Students are eligible to join clubs in the middle school they attend, unless otherwise noted. To join a club that is auditioned, contact the advisor first to get information on how to join. District 194 fees for clubs range from $35-$125 depending on the club. Registration for clubs will open after the start of the school year.

Robotics: Any 7th or 8th grader interested in joining Robotics, should register for the South or North team. 6th graders should register through Community Education.
