Free Disability Documentary and Resource Fair on September 19

Intelligent LivesPlease join the Lakeville Area Schools Family Connections, the Special Education Advisory Council and Farmington Area Schools for a free viewing of INTELLIGENT LIVES. The documentary follows three pioneering young American adults with intellectual disabilities and promotes inclusionary practices within educational settings and within our community. 

The documentary will be shown on September 19 at Lakeville South High School at 6 p.m. A disability resource fair will be held prior to the screening at 5 p.m. A discussion panel with representatives from Joshin Care, the State Senate, Autism Society of Minnesota and members of the Lakeville Area Special Education Community will take place immediately following the screening.
