Insurance open enrollment

Open enrollment for 2019-20 insurance benefits will start on April 29 at 8 a.m. through May 10 at 4 p.m. All employees who are benefits eligible must elect benefits or decline coverage during this time period. Benefit elections or benefit declines take effect on July 1, 2019.

New this year, benefit eligible employees can view benefit information details, rates, and complete open enrollment through Benefitfocus, an employee benefits management system. To access and navigate this site, click on: Benefitfocus Enrollment Instructions
